Basic Operations

Extract Archive

Right-click on archive:

• "7-Zip → Extract Here" — extracts to current folder
• "7-Zip → Extract to [folder name]" — creates subfolder
• "7-Zip → Open archive" — browse without extracting

Create Archive

1. Select files/folder → right-click → "7-Zip → Add to archive..."
2. Settings:
